how to update in access 2013 i want some help here

my code :

cmd.CommandText = "update Process set (Salaries_Name,Salaries_BankName,Salaries_Provision,Salaries_Withdrawal,Salaries_Available,Salaries_Note,Salaries_DateandTime) values ('" & Salaries_Name.Text & "','" & BankName.Text & "','" & Salaries_Provision.Text & "','" & Salaries_Withdrawal.Text & "','" & Salaries_Available.Text & "','" & Salaries_Note.Text & "','" & Salaries_DateandTime.Value & "')"

i get erroe :
Syntax error in UPDATE statement.
